At Uber Eats Shop, we want you to love your gear as much as your favorite meal, but we understand if something isn't quite right. Please note that while we offer returns on merchandise, all food-related or perishable items are final sale for safety and hygiene reasons.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Ensure your merchandise is in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached, and place it securely in the original shipping packaging.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
